All questions
What vegetables grow well vertically?

Pole and runner beans, peas, cucumbers, vining tomatoes and small squash or melons all grow well up a sturdy trellis. Most fruiting crops want around six to eight hours of direct sun.

What are the easiest vegetables to grow with kids?

Radishes, beans, peas, sunflowers, cherry tomatoes, salad leaves and strawberries are forgiving and quick to show results. Give each child their own pot or patch.
